Privacy Policy
This privacy policy has been compiled to help our visitors feel confident about how we handle personal data. Please read our policy carefully to get a better understanding of how we collect, use, protect and generally handle your personal information in connection with our website.
What information do we collect from visitors on our website?
When you interact with and/or fill in a form on our website, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, postal address, phone number or other information needed to complete the form. These fields may change over time to fulfil the stated purpose of the form.
To increase our understanding of how our visitors behave on our website, we use Google Analytics. You can read more about this in our Cookie Policy.
How do we use the information?
We may use the information when you register, make a purchase, sign up for a newsletter, respond to a questionnaire or marketing communication, and when you navigate the website or use specific website features.
How the information will be used will always be clarified in connection with you providing the information to us.
How do we handle your personal data?
We collect your data in your capacity as a customer/potential customer, stakeholder, visitor or applicant, in order to offer services, fulfil our obligations to you under agreement, answer your questions or your application, and to give you a better experience of our services. It is necessary for us to be able to identify you so that we can manage you as a customer, carry out statistical measurements, and for direct marketing (which you can unsubscribe from). The personal data we collect when filling in an order or a purchase on our website is necessary for us to be able to carry out our services/delivery, payment and invoicing, and maintain our agreement. When you contact us regarding other matters or for job applications through any of our communication channels, your contact information and, if applicable, other information will be used to answer your question or application and for follow-up.
Who do we share your personal information with?
We will not sell, exchange or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties.
We do not share your personal information with anyone other than systems, programs and specific operational functions provided by third-party providers, such as email clients, email providers, accounting software, payment services, or other parties required for us to fulfil our financial, legal and administrative requirements. In these cases, we may share your information with service providers both within and outside the EU/EEA. These service providers have equivalent requirements for handling your data as we do. Your customer data may also be combined with public information to collect more information about you as a customer.
How long do we store your personal information?
We store your personal information about you as a customer or website visitor as long as there is an active customer relationship, or during the period for which we need to store the information to fulfil the purpose mentioned in this policy. After termination of agreement or unsubscription, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time period after the termination or unsubscription has taken place, except in cases where Swedish or European laws, courts or authorities have other requirements. Your personal information may also be stored due to legal obligations, or for legitimate reasons, such as maintaining the Swedish Accounting Act. Information stored in connection with you contacting us will be kept until we no longer have an obligation to you. Upon termination or unsubscription, we may store your data with legitimate reasons as evidence for orders or for recurring matters.
Your rights
You have the right to request a compilation of all personal data we have registered about you, free of charge once per year, provided that you have legitimate interests in requesting such data. In certain cases, you also have the right to have your data transferred. You have the right to have your data corrected, supplemented or deleted, and you have the right to request restricted processing until it has been changed. You have the right to be forgotten, but deletion of personal information cannot take place if we have an agreement to fulfil, or if Swedish or European law, court or authority has other requirements, or if there are legitimate reasons to retain the information.
If you believe there is no legitimate reason, or that the storage is incorrect, you can appeal the handling. You also have the right to withdraw consent, file complaints with the Data Protection Authority, object to decision-making, profiling and object to direct marketing. We do not send marketing to you via email if you have objected to email communications in accordance with the Marketing Act (§19). If you have previously approved email communications and wish to unsubscribe from our future emails, you can follow the link at the bottom of each email or email us at the contact details below. We will unsubscribe you promptly.
